I will be asking you to venture beyond your usual
comfort zone with some deep inquiry, deep listening and self-discovery. We will use
methods like visualizations, ritual, role-play, art making and others. This may mean doing
some spiritual practices on your own in between sessions. Then, we will look at your success
and the results brought by the changes you seek.
